The Art of Mr Bingo

We are thrilled to present the first-ever Japanese exhibition of Mr Bingo, a renowned British artist known for his sharp wit and distinctive artwork. Throughout Artober, visitors can see 18 of his most celebrated prints, each signed and numbered by the artist himself.

Mr Bingo initially worked as a commercial illustrator for 15 years, contributing to major publications like The New Yorker and The New York Times. After deleting his online portfolio during a moment of boredom, he shifted his focus entirely to independent projects.

His notable Kickstarter in 2015 for his Hate Mail project, which included quirky rewards like trolling recipients or sharing drinks on a train, marked his transition away from client work to pursue his unique artistic endeavors.

In 2023, he took a year off, traveling without a fixed plan, and was seen in locations including Sri Lanka and Japan. Mr Bingo now spends his time in his London studio/shop, which opens every Friday.
